Silver Saplings: Fungi Foray and Autumn Colours

This trip is Fungi Foray and Autumn Colours, we will meet at Seaman's Hall at 10am and a free minibus will take you to the destination.

Getting out into green spaces can play a vital role in our health and wellbeing, whether that’s gardens, beaches, forests or parks. Silver Saplings connects people over 60 with the natural environment and each other, inspiring our participants to be as active as possible whilst learning new skills and making new friends in the environment around them.

Please dress for the weather and bring your packed lunch, we will bring the tea/coffee and cake. We look forward to seeing you for some great days out! We also have blankets and hot water bottles to keep you warm.
