About the Event
Rory of Sunyata Sound Healing will be hosting his third special sound bath at Seaman's Hall.
A sound bath is a full-body meditative experience where people lie down and listen to resonant sounds. It often involves singing bowls, which create an echoing sound that ‘bathes’ people.
"Sunyata Sound is known for creating unique sonic meditation experiences with clients reporting alleviation of pain, deep, restorative relaxation, improved sleep, insights and messages from loved ones / ancestors, improved chronic pain, arthritis, surgery recovery, OBEs etc. Better sleep patterns, restfulness, deep, rejuvenating relaxation and processing. To enter into this without expectation is the sure way for best results."
Bring your own yoga mat if you have one, we have a small number of mats available if you need to borrow one.
You can also bring a blanket if you would like to be extra comfy.
