One step closer to securing a base for our enterprise…we have agreed the key points of a proposed lease with the owner of a cottage near the river at King George V playing fields, in the form a Heads of Terms document. All that remains is conclusion of detailed discussions about the final content of the lease (a second draft), advice from respective lawyers and some further attention to the complexities of insurance.
